III Application scope of product
The product is applicable for many fields, such as glass, plastic, metal, paper, wood, leather, LCD screen, PCB exposure, electric elements, optical lens, semi-conductor, and photochemical biological scientific experiment etc, which almost covers all hard materials & soft materials. IV Product advantages:
1.Air-cooled for lowering temperature: The active cool-down of large fan is much better than the passive heat radiation of aluminum, which could greatly prolong the lifetime of LED lamp.
2.Super-strong illumination: The product owns high energy, stable light transport, uniform irradiation. Generally, the traditional mercury lamp needs a few minutes to cure the UV common glue; but for our product, it only needs few seconds to complete, thus it could greatly shorten the operation time, and enhance the production efficiency.
3.Super-low energy consumption: The consumed electric energy of LED is only 20% of the high voltage mercury lamp, but its illumination efficiency reaches more than 10 times of the mercury lamp.
4.Without heat radiation: LED belongs to cold light source, without IR transmission. The base material temperature almost won’t rise, and the temperature rise of the illuminated product surface keeps less than 5℃; while for the traditional mercury lamp, the surface temperature rise would be up to 60℃ --90℃.
5.Without pre-heating: LED lamp can be illuminated instantaneously, without pre-heating, it would reach 100% power of UV output, so it improves the production efficiency.
6.Long lifetime: The traditional mercury lamp only has roughly 1000 hours, the user has to replace it frequently, so it increases the cost; while LED-UV lamp lifetime is up to 5000 hours or above ( no need take account of the turn-on / turn-off times), so it helps user save much money.
7.More environmental-friendly: LED-UV lamp doesn’t content any mercury, and it won’t generate ozone, so it’s a safer, more environmental-friendly choice to replace the traditional light source
